Online consultation

Once my availability is confirmed, I will arrange an online consultation where you can chat through your vision for the painting, the moments you’d love captured, and the flow of your special day.

Secure the booking & Payment

Following the consultation, a deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the wedding.

The wedding day

I will arrive 2–3 hours before the ceremony or reception to begin painting the background and setting the scene as your guests arrive. I will take reference photos during the chosen moment you’d like captured, then continue painting live throughout the celebration for a total of 6–8 hours.

The first reveal

By the end of the evening, you’ll be able to enjoy the first beautiful layer of your painting.

Studio work

This is where the magic lives in the details. I will spend 12+ additional hours in her home studio refining your artwork with all the touches that made your day unforgettable—lace on the dress, scattered petals, candlelight, florals, and those little meaningful details you may have missed in the moment.

Final touches

The canvas edges are painted, the artwork is professionally varnished, and your finished piece is ready to hang and treasure for years to come.

Shipment

Your completed painting will be carefully shipped within one month of your wedding via secure, tracked, and insured 48-hour delivery.
